What You’ll Need

  • 1 rack Prairie Fresh USA Prime® St. Louis style spareribs
  • 3 tablespoons cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Pickle chips
  • White bread

Directions

  1. Remove the thin membrane on the back of the rack of ribs.
  2. Combine sugar and all seasoning ingredients to make the dry rub for the ribs.
  3. Line baking sheet with a couple sheets of foil. Place the rack of ribs on the foil sheets.
  4. Season both sides of the ribs generously with the dry rub. Turn the ribs meat side up on the foil.
  5. Fold the foil over, making sure to seal it tightly at the top. Refrigerate and marinate for at least 2 hours.
  6. Heat oven to 300 F.
  7. Place the baking sheet in the middle of the rack of the oven. Bake for 3 hours.
  8. Cut ribs and serve with your favorite barbecue sauce as desired.
  9. Serve with white bread and pickle chips. Enjoy!
