What You’ll Need

  • 1 prepared pizza crust, 11 inch
  • 8 oz. Prairie Fresh® Original Breakfast Sausage
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme leaves
  • 1/3 teaspoon rosemary, chopped
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • 4 green onions, sliced

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 F.
  2. Place a sauté pan over medium heat and cook the sausage while crumbling it into pea-sized pieces. Cook for approximately 10 minutes or until done. reserve for building the pizza.
  3. Add the cream cheese and all the herbs in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Spread this mixture over the pizza crust.
  4. Evenly spread the shredded mozzarella over the pizza and follow with the crumbled sausage.
  5. Bake the pizza for 10 to 12 minutes or until the edges start to become golden.
  6. While the pizza is baking, whisk the eggs, salt and pepper in a bowl. Scramble them over medium heat until they are light and fluffy.
  7. When the pizza comes from the oven, top it with chunks of scrambled eggs and garnish with sliced green onions.
  8. Serve with mixed berries.
