According to the 2022 Power of Meat study, consumers increasingly seek production claims when making meat purchase decisions, with U.S. raised, all natural and premium quality among top claims identified. As part of the product development process, Prairie Fresh confirmed these findings through consumer research and also found 71% of consumers are willing to pay more for quality.
